I encourage you to browse through our web site and see what makes our physical therapy clinic different. I know we can help you achieve your personal goals and get you back enjoying life or improve your activity choice.  Maybe you’re not sure what is causing your discomfort, we have developed a comprehensive evaluation which allows us to listen to your history, hear your input and then see what body parts are not working well together.

We will explain what we find and what we are going to do to correct the inconsistencies in your body’s alignment, muscle tension and stability or instability.  Please provide us feedback if we have not provided you with some necessary information.  We will not treat you with blinders on.  We believe in looking at the total person and how each joint moves individually and collectively.

FROGS Physical Therapy will be your biggest supporters and we will do what is necessary for you to have a positive experience at our facility and throughout your rehabilitation.
